• A self portrait using objects (This is NOT a picture of yourself, rather a photographic composition using objects that reflect characteristics of your personality as you see yourself or who you’d like to become).
• A professional service or profession (baker, plumber, artist, etc.)Your photograph should demonstrate a sense of balance and harmony using the elements of design, and must be captured as a DNG (RAW) file using the Lightroom camera. Edit your final image using the “Basic” sliders in Adobe Camera Raw (Photoshop).
1. The RAW (digital negative) image file of the final photo. This is a raw image format that allows for high-quality editing and adjustments to be made to the photograph.
2. A Google Slides presentation that includes three iterations of your composition (labeled as “good,” “better,” and “best”). This presentation should show how you progressed and refined your compositions through different stages of the creative process.
3. A written explanation of the evolution of your compositions. This should detail how you arrived at your final composition and explain any changes or improvements you made along the way.
4. A behind-the-scenes photo of your scene, lighting, and camera setup. This photo should give a glimpse into the setup and conditions under which the final photograph was taken. It can be helpful to include this photo as it can provide context and understanding of the techniques and methods used to create the final photograph.
